Joshua is a professional learner. He learns about things that fascinate him the most, sociology and software development. He is fascinated by the human interaction in software development as he often sees high-level of stress, miscommunication, misinterpretation, individualism, ignorance, unprofessionalism, wrong perception and wrong expectations in the software industry. He joins Scrum.org to improve the profession of software development. He thinks Agility is not about a single right way of doing things, it is about developing better software better according to the context of the organisation to deliver value to customers. He learns about Agility by teaching organisations how to be Agile using Scrum, Kanban, XP and anything else that makes sense.
